12 Prime cattle and 6 OTM cows were sold on Monday, when Prime cattle sold to 204p/kg for a 525kg Limousin heifer, from Omand, Stembister, Toab, which realised £1071 to
Flett Butcher Ltd, Stromness.

Prime steers sold to 189p/kg for a 645kg Limousin, from Fraser, Feavel, Birsay, which realised £1301.30 to Williamson’s, Butcher, Kirkwall

OTM cows sold to 124p/kg for a 895kg Aberdeen Angus, from Johnston, Brockan, Stromness, which realised £1110.

Sheep

66 Prime hoggs, 123 Store hoggs and 47 Cast sheep were sold on Monday.

Prime hoggs sold to £85 for a 56kg Suffolk, from Millar, Quoyhorsetter, South Ronaldsay.
